Got this error code while running Accuracy Tuning, just after initially installing the software.
I don't know if any of my accuracy tuning is being applied.
Any ideas what to do?

Did you select to scan documents and email? If yes, what application do you use for accessing email? I think Dragon only uses the few Microsoft email applications (Outlook, Outlook Express, Mail). Maybe it had a problem accessing one of these apps for some reason. I know that sometimes I get a message from Norton Internet Security that Dragon is requesting access to Outlook. Are you running anything like that?
If you look under Manage Profiles, select your user and click "Properties", it will tell you if the Acoustic Optimizer ran. Not really sure if that pertains to scanning documents and email, or simply the acoustic portion which is only gained by voice training and voice corrections. Also, it isn't really that helpful because it just states yes or no. I could image it stating yes even when it fails (lets say it finished some scanning).

I receive this same message on a computer that has no internet connection. Does accuracy tuning require internet access?
